You’re on the Calendar! Booking Confirmed.

Thank you for scheduling with MSN Law Office. I look forward to connecting with you and learning more about your business or nonprofit organization.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox for Important Logistics

A confirmation email has just been sent to the email address you provided during booking.

  • Your Meeting Details: The confirmation email contains all key details, including your specific date, time, and session type. Please take a moment to add the meeting your calendar now.
  • Virtual Meetings (Zoom): If your session is via Zoom, your unique video conference link is embedded directly in the confirmation email.
  • In-Office Meetings: If your session is in person, your confirmation email includes directions and parking instructions for the Columbus office.
  • Need to Reschedule or Cancel? We know running a business or nonprofit means schedules shift. Your confirmation email includes a direct “Change/Cancel Appointment” button so you can easily adjust your appointment time  up to 24 hours prior to our meeting.

Note: If you don’t see the confirmation email in your main inbox within 5 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder and add no-reply@acuityscheduling.com to your safe senders list.

Step 2: How to Prepare for Your Session

For 15-Minute Fit Assessments
If you scheduled a 15-Minute Fit Assessment, please note that this is a diagnostic call only:

  • Scope & Limits: No specific legal advice will be provided, and no legal documents will be reviewed during this session.
  • Primary Goal: This call is designed purely to discuss your organization’s goals, evaluate your legal needs, and determine if we are a mutual fit to work together.
  • Preparation: Simply be prepared to briefly share your long term goals  for your business or nonprofit and your current worries.

For Legal Deep Dives & Client Meetings
If you scheduled a Legal Deep Dive or a Client Meeting:

  • Gather Key Documents: Have digital copies of relevant contracts, governance documents, or regulatory notices ready for review. You can also email these in advance to info@msnlawoffice.com.
  • Identify Priority Questions: Note the top 2 to 3 legal or operational questions you want to cover so we focus on your most urgent priorities first.
  • Confirm Key Parties: Ensure you have provided the names of all primary partners, vendors, or adverse parties so we can complete our mandatory conflict-of-interest check prior to the call.

What to Expect

At MSN Law Office, I primarily operate as Outside General Counsel for serious entrepreneurs and growing nonprofits. That means when we work together, you can expect:

  • Practical, Real-World Advice: Clear legal guidance focused on business outcomes, not dense legalese.
  • Proactive Guidance: I don’t just react to problems—I help you look down the road at the business events and legal thresholds coming up as you pursue your passion.
  • A Clear Roadmap: You will always leave our conversations with defined next steps and a clear understanding of your legal standing.
